I need a hands-on recruiter who can tap directly into [login to view URL] and take full ownership of our next round of entry-level hiring. The immediate focus is on two areas: • Customer Service – candidates must come with demonstrably excellent communication skills, as this is non-negotiable for us. • Software Development – I will share the specific tech stack once we begin, but the profiles are still entry-level. You’ll draft and post the job ads, mine the Naukri database, screen résumés, run the first round of telephonic or video interviews, and hand over a vetted shortlist that’s ready for our final panel. Deliverables • 10+ qualified Customer Service résumés with screening notes • 8+ qualified Software Developer résumés with screening notes • Interview schedules and candidate status tracker in spreadsheet form • A brief end-of-project summary highlighting sourcing stats and any market insights you gathered I’m happy to provide quick feedback on JD wording and to hop on brief check-ins, but otherwise I’d like you to operate independently and keep the process moving until the shortlist is in my inbox.
