Digital floor plans created from blue prints.

My company is interested in having floor plans created from existing blue prints of buildings that we own. This would be floor plans of the living areas of apartment buildings, exterior areas and connecting areas would be omitted. I have uploaded an example of one that we mocked up, that would be approximately what we are interested in. Depending on cost and quality we may be interested in 3D renderings of those floor plans as well. We have roughly three-hundred distinct floor plans from roughly twelve-hundred units, duplicated floor plans at a specific property would not be required to be drawn.
