We sell gemstones and design jewelry based on gems we sell. Process: I give you image of gemstones, sidestones, jewelry-designs (rings, pendants etc.), plus data (like dimensions of gems, size of rings, color of gold) and I need marketing friendly 3D images to show my customers so that they can imagine how their future jewelry piece will look like in real life. Like: This gem [login to view URL] shall be set in a US ring size 7 and yellow gold with the tip of the diamonds 'leading' into the band (as in the sample image) We need such work regularly, like once a week, so I want to develop a standing work relation with one designer/CADler. I imagine a X$/project fixed, only specially complicated projects can be re-negotiated, but basically it's always simple rings and standard pendants with many repetitions. Simply take our gem and size it into the new jewelry. The final file format must be easily readable across different PC/Mobile platforms also for NOT IT-experienced customers.
