Hi, I have downloaded the revit file and checked that. It's not a prepared revit file at all. Just imported autocad drawings are there. No 3D model is there at all. You will understand by seeing the file size. I can prepare the whole building model in revit or 3ds max and send you .3ds file with materials. Please contact me for further discussion.
