Renewables home electricity configuration review

Very high bills. We need an expert in ground source and air source heat exchange pump configurations as our monthly bill for the two of us is crazy and something must be wrong with the setup in a house we have just moved to. We need help to understand the setup and see what efficiencies can be made to bring our electricity bills down.

We are certain the arrangement of everything isn’t quite right in terms of the settings on the panels etx. Ahead of a field visit we would supply photos and all the models details in order for the expert to be famiiiar with the controls panels.
