Describe data analysis (analysis is done, needs description-report like)

I was given a data analysis by a tech guy, but the description is rather sparse. I need to describe more, what was done, why, how and what the actual result is. The task is only description of the actual analysis, the theory behind it is not neccessary (that is, you dont have to describe how the algorithms work).
It is done in R. I will provide the tech report, the code and scheme how I want the final report to be structured. I want you to take a look at it and see if there is everything needed to deliver the report.
The actual textual description should be around 20000 characters with spaces.
