1. Prepare the characteristics of the tasks of processes (organization,production,transportion,etc.) in a manufacturing company 2. Develop an overview of the specific nature of the issues related to searching for and maintaining tools and methods used for TPM in a manufacturing company. 3. Develop the concept of TPM of the chosen production field or line in the sample company. What is the name of the company that you've chosen? What do they produce? What types of processes they use? What methods for maintenance, quality control, processes control etc etc? What are the main problems? What are the sources of those problems? What tools you will use for analyzing problems and their sources (SPC, Ishikawa, Pareto etc etc)? What solutions you will propose (Lean Manufacturing tools, 5S, Autonomous Maintenance, SGA, etc. etc)?
