Lead generation by maintaining own Database through Internet research, Social Media and References
Manage full sales cycle from lead Generation, cold calling, sharing presentations, Finalizing Terms & Operating practices
Responsible for developing sales in the targeted market(s) for the staffing Industry, achieving an end to end relationship and business opportunities from clients leading to revenue growth.
Visit clients to establish business relations, sign agreements, etc.
Proven business development/sales experience of at least 2 - 5 years in IT Contract Staffing
Experience in handling end to end of IT Contract staffing
Experience in Staffing Industry
Willingness to travel
Strong professional ethics
Excellent English communication (Oral/written)
Must: Experience in IT Domestic Staffing
