Business Matchmaking and meetings

I work with a client who is specialized in the production of herbal teas; she will be visiting New York by 20th of November and she would like to have some meetings with the herbal tea deals in New York. we have the list of the potential dealers; so we need somebody from New York to contact the list and organize meetings with at least 10 of them. the detailed meeting schedule should be sent to us maximum by 11th of November; then when the client arrive to New York the freelancer will meet her and give her some tips about the meetings schedule; and attend with her the first 4 meetings only. the researcher will share with me one page brief about each selected lead for the meeting.
