I am a lawyer who sued GAF for FRAUD for selling defective roofing shingles.
I am looking for an internet search for specific quotations and documents relating to GAF (current or former employees, directors, GAF-trained installers, competing shingle companies, etc. reports, quotations, documents) showing:
1. Fraud
2. continued manufacture and sale of defective shingles KNOWING they are defective
3. GAF coordinating with "competitors" such as Certainteed, IKO, TAMCO, etc to: a) fix prices, b) continue to manufacture defective shingles to sell more replacement roofs, c) underpay in the warranty claims process.
You may find these specific quotations, documents, reports ... with the names of the speaker/author, date of the statement/document in deposition transcripts, public court files, newspaper or online media articles, blogs, ...
