I'm seeking a personal assistant to support my busy schedule and professional commitments. The ideal candidate will be able to handle tasks such as appointment scheduling, travel arrangements, email management, and basic research. Responsibilities: - Schedule appointments and maintain my calendar - Make travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations - Manage my email inbox, ensuring important messages are flagged - Conduct basic online research for upcoming projects or meetings Communication: The preferred methods of communication for this role are phone calls and emails, so excellent verbal and written English skills are a must. Hours: I'm expecting the personal assistant to work between 10-20 hours per week. This is a part-time position, with flexibility around the specific hours to suit the right candidate. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role - Exceptional time-management and organizational skills - Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written - Proficiency in common office software and tools - Experience with travel booking and event planning a plus, but not mandatory This role would be ideal for a highly organized and proactive individual with an interest in supporting a busy professional's day-to-day operations.
