Research Report on the Effectiveness of 5 Dietary Ingredient

I am creating a dietary product and am seeking a researcher to do an in-depth research report on the effectiveness of the ingredients that will be in my supplement. This will consist of the following 2 requirements (done SEPARATELY for each of the 5 ingredients): 1. Research studies: that show a positive result with the ingredient. For example, I want to see any study that has shown clinical trials that had a positive effect on weight loss with the use of green tea extract. Another example would be another clinical trial, or perhaps the survey, that showed that people had improved mood or memory function after using Ginseng. 2. In-depth research: of general nutritional benefits of the ingredients. Requirement 1 was the scientific backing portion of the project , and Requirement 2 is essentially the in-depth analysis of WHY the various health benefits of the ingredient do what they do. For example: Acai berry has healthy fats. What scientific research has shown these fats to be healthy? What credible bodies have deemed these fats important? What exactly do these healthy fats do inside of our bodies that is so important to our health and well being? These are the types of questions to be answered for all relevant health benefits that come from the ingredients listed below (Acai is not one of them). Here are the 5 ingredients that I would like to separate reports on: Hoodia Ginseng Green Tea Extract Resveratrol Noni Extract - If the researcher comes across any other information related to these ingredients that you believe I would find commercially useful then I would appreciate this information as well. As a general rule, I prefer an excess of information more than a concise report that could possibly leave out details. Expected page length: this report is expected to be fairly comprehensive. It is hard for me to give an exact page length, especially because I don't want to set an artificial limit and receive a paper that is a bunch of fluff material. I would say about 10 to 20 double spaced pages per ingredient "sounds” about right. Again, keep in mind that this is not a hard requirement, but I do not think that less than 10 double spaced pages will be comprehensive enough with the various nutritional benefits of each ingredient, or include enough research studies to be satisfactory. To be considered for this project, candidates for this job must 1) provide examples of previous work 2) provide a deadline for completion 3) post a fixed bid amount.
