What I’ll hand over to you • Candidate’s full name, claimed employer, claimed title and dates, plus a contact lead if available. What I’m expecting back • Direct confirmation (or refutation) of the employment dates and designation from a reliable source inside the organisation—typically HR or an authorised supervisor. • A concise, written report in English outlining who you spoke with, when, and the outcome, together with any supporting documentation or call notes. Additional context – This request is strictly an employment check; I do not require reference interviews, education verification or criminal history searches at this stage. – Turnaround within three business days per candidate keeps our hiring pipeline on schedule. – Discretion and full GDPR compliance are mandatory.
