Modern Residence Section Drawings

I need a full set of architectural section drawings for a modern residential project that is already modeled in plan and elevation. Your task is to cut through the building and clearly communicate how the spaces, structure, and finishes come together. Each section must: • Show structural elements—slabs, beams, columns, insulation, and any load-bearing walls—with proper line weights. • Call out material specifications on key assemblies (roof buildup, external wall layers, floor finishes, glazing systems). • Illustrate interior design elements that affect the section, such as built-in cabinetry, stair details, and ceiling treatments. • Indicate surrounding vegetation where it meets façades or outdoor terraces, so the relationship between landscape and architecture is clear. • Include technical details at junctions (foundation-to-wall, wall-to-roof, window sill and head) at a scale large enough to read when printed at A1. I’ll supply the base CAD files, elevations, and a material palette. You can work in AutoCAD, Revit, or Vectorworks—whichever lets you maintain clean layering and export to DWG and PDF. Keep annotations in English, use metric units, and follow standard architectural graphic conventions. Deliverables: 1. Two longitudinal and two cross sections in DWG + PDF. 2. Enlarged call-out details (minimum four) in DWG + PDF. 3. A legend of all material hatches and line-type meanings. I’ll review the first draft for alignment and completeness, then we’ll move to a single revision round before final submission.
