Cattle Feed Sales Head Malawi

I export Indian-manufactured cattle feed to Malawi and need an experienced Indian professional already based there to drive direct sales on the ground. You will act as my full-time sales head, taking full ownership of revenue growth while I operate from India. Your mandate is straightforward: convert opportunities into orders, hit ambitious monthly targets, and build a loyal customer base among wholesalers, retailers, and large cattle farms. With 6+ years of senior-level sales experience, you should know how to negotiate confidently, cultivate long-term relationships, and read the Malawian market through solid analysis rather than guesswork. Success in this role means: • Consistently meeting the sales volumes we agree on each month • Supplying concise market intelligence reports that help us adapt pricing, packaging, and promotions • Expanding our distribution footprint to every major livestock hub across Malawi I will handle shipping, import documentation, and logistics from India; you will handle everything that happens after the product lands—pricing strategy, outreach, on-site farm visits, trade-fair representation, and brand awareness initiatives suited to Malawian culture.
