Job Title: Commission-Based Sales Agent – Saudi Arabia & UAE (Steel Industry) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced commission-based sales agent or business development representative with a strong network in the Middle East energy and industrial sectors. The primary focus is to secure orders and generate leads for our stainless steel products (pipe fittings, flanges, Duplex, and Super Duplex) within major entities. Target Accounts: Saudi Arabia: SABIC, Ma’aden, SEC (Saudi Electricity Company). UAE: ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company). Qatar: QatarEnergy. Key Responsibilities: Vendor Registration: Facilitate the registration of our company as an approved vendor/supplier in the portals of SABIC, ADNOC, and Ma’aden. Lead Generation: Identify upcoming projects and tenders requiring stainless steel materials. Relationship Management: Act as our local representative to coordinate with procurement officers and technical engineers. Order Closing: Handle the sales cycle from initial inquiry (RFQ) to final purchase order (PO). Requirements: Industry Experience: Proven track record in the oil & gas, petrochemical, or mining sectors. Knowledge of ASTM, ASME, and ISO standards is mandatory. Local Presence: Must be based in Saudi Arabia or the UAE with an active network. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SS316, 310S, 321, and Super Duplex 2507 is a plus. Commission Structure: This is a 100% commission-based role. We offer highly competitive percentages on every successfully closed deal. How to Apply: Please share your portfolio or a brief list of companies where you have successfully registered vendors or closed steel-related contracts. Specify Your Materials: Since you specialize in high-grade materials like Super Duplex 2507, mention that specifically in the description. It helps attract agents who understand "specialty alloys," which carry higher margins and better commissions. The "Vendor" Filter: Many agents in Saudi Arabia and the UAE claim to have "contacts," but few actually know how to navigate the SABIC/Achilles or ADNOC/SAP Ariba registration systems. Ask applicants specifically: "Have you successfully registered a manufacturer on the ADNOC Commercial Directory before?" Budget Setting: On Freelancer, set the project as a fixed price or contest, but clarify in the first line that payment is via a sales commission agreement. This ensures you don't pay upfront for "effort" without "results."
