Hiring Professional “Energy Consultants” that have a ‘Hunter’ style approach connecting with Business Owners, handling questions & rebuttals, building trust & confidence, with a Business Owner to emailing a copy of their most recent Electrical Energy bill to our Office, to be validated and approved as a billable lead.
Unfortunately we are Not accepting new Contracted Agents with heavy Foreign accents or that sound Robotic. We prefer new Contracted Agents that speak American English or have Spanish bilingual English.
We will provide the initial Training, with daily Coaching and Reporting, including access to our Dialer, calling Data leads and VoIP services.
We offer all new Contractor Agents, extensive training via a series of Webinar Zoom sessions including Questionnaires and Role Playing daily, as well as training and on-boarding to our Dialer, so that you will be then 100% fully Trained, Approved and Ready to start as an “Energy Consultant” to ensure your Success.
Our new Contracted “Energy Consultant” must have a Computer or Laptop, noise reduction Headset and Microphone, a High Speed Internet connection and a Workspace and Desk located in a quiet and private location.
Our Expectations are that our new Contracted Energy Consultants;
Will attend our “Zoom Conference Training session daily from 9 am to 10 am CST”,
Will be using our outbound telemarketing dialer “Actively Dialing a minimum 6 hours daily from 10 am to 5 pm CST”,
Will need to “complete a minimum of 200+ Outbound Business calls daily”,
Will need to “Generate 1x New Validated and Approved Billable Lead daily”.
So that the Contracted Energy Consultant will be able to “generate a minimum of 1x one New Business Billable Lead daily” based on an emailed copy of the Businesses most recent Electrical Energy Bill, to our office that are validated and approved as a billable lead, with a 30% Conversion Ratio to a “New Business Energy Sales Agreement”.
These successful new Contracted Energy Consultants will on a daily basis, be connecting with various Business Owners “having a simple to the ‘Point’ conversation, as you would with a friend” quickly explaining;
