Job Description:
• Meet and exceed quarterly & annual quota
• Develop and maintain sales and marketing plan and opportunity pipeline.
• Quickly qualify opportunities and key strategic positions for each new prospect.
• Candidate should have knowledge in ERP Software sales.
• Candidate have to campaign softwares to client and co-ordinate with them.
Responsibilities:
Generate Business through multiple Lead Generation activities - Email Campaign/ Cold Calling. Generate Leads
Bring Business from New Customers and Existing customers
Conduct Marketing Activities
• Excellent communication in English/Hindi/Bengali
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong Analytical, technical, Sales Marketing fundamentals along with good sales negotiation skills
• A self-driven, professional catering to needs and requirements of the project at all levels in a client-oriented environment
• Able to develop proposals according to the clients requirements, concerns, and objectives
• Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and continue getting business from existing client
• Make regular follow-ups and consultative discussions with clients / finalize closure
Required skills:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Upbeat, high energy, and enjoy talking on the phone
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (*required)
• Works well in a team environment and displays a positive attitude Ability to generate leads from Social Media platforms (preferred)

• Project management skills
Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate
Experience: 1year onwards.
