We're looking for an expert in Intercom to review our account implementation and offer an optimization strategy. We're an online marketplace and use the chat feature mostly with a team of ~10 support representatives. We also use a Zendesk integration where the more complex issues get pushed over to. We want to get more out of Intercom, better set up / understand baseline KPI's / flows... and how to update the workflows to drive up the KPI's and get customers from 'reaching out' to placing their order.
