We are in our Founding Firms launch phase — 50 slots at $5,000/year flat rate, locked for life. We are looking for sharp professionals who have some experience in the legal field and understand how attorneys think, speak their language, and can introduce this tool in conversations that actually land. This is a 100% commission-based contractor role. No base. No guarantees. We are not going to pretend otherwise. You will get paid when a trial referral converts to paid subscription - not before. If you know the legal world and you believe in what you are reading, one closed referral pays $750 min. Candidates MUST reside within the United States, and if an Attorney, must provide verification of license. If a paralegal, must provide firms you have worked with as references. Who We're Looking For You are a paralegal, law clerk, legal assistant, or former litigation support professional. You have spent time inside a law firm or courthouse. You understand the friction attorneys face — buried documents, billing disputes, compliance anxiety, discovery chaos. You don't need to be trained to recognize the problem. You've lived it. You are comfortable having peer-level conversations with attorneys and office managers. You are not intimidated by the room. What You'll Do Introduce Lex Arca to solo attorneys and boutique litigation firms through outreach Direct qualified prospects to a trial version of the platform Help schedule demo calls via our booking link Follow up with warm leads using approved messaging we provide Report through a simple tracking tool We handle all closing, onboarding, and platform questions. Your job is the introduction and the handoff. The Offer $750 flat commission per Founding Firm conversion (firm pays $5,000/year) Attribution is tracked and transparent — you get paid for any trial to subscription conversion No cap on conversions during the Founding Firms window (50 slots total) Approved outreach scripts, one-pagers, and demo assets provided Flexible hours — work it around your current role Why This Is Worth Your Time Attorneys trust legal professionals.
