Need a Freelancer who can do few changes using apex and visualforce in our salesforce org

We are looking for a freelancer to help make moderate changes to our existing Salesforce org using Apex and Visualforce. This project is for an existing business.
Considering that this changes will also effect our third party integration we want some one who can put up the changes.
One change that we need is that we have one picklist field, so we want the add one more value to this picklist field, this is a easy job but what restrict us to do this change is that this picklist field is currently being used in third party integration as well as apex and visual force page so we need to update this change to all the connected settings.
We need someone who has experience and can take on the job right away, aiming to complete the project within a specified deadline.
