Salesforce Admin

The successful candidate will be part of a team tasked with selecting, configuring, and deploying systems across the company that provide the data, insight and efficiency required for the business to compete and excel. In addition to running Salesforce internally to support sales, marketing and customer success operations, this team member will work closely with the Analytics team to identify and improve current business functions. Salesforce experience and skills are highly valued in this role. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in Salesforce Lightning, knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and have strong reporting and analytic skills. Responsibilities: Design, deploy and support efficient business process flows in Salesforce and other systems including Opportunity Pipeline & Sales Processes, Case Management, and Customer Success issue and resolution reporting etc. Integrate Salesforce solutions with software services and data visualization and reporting solutions. Work closely with the product, engineering, sales, marketing and finance teams to understand their needs and provide solutions. Develop process support documentation. Evaluate potential systems and solutions. Identify and recommend appropriate continuous improvement opportunities. Manage User Access, Permissions, and Security rules Qualifications: Bachelors degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience. 3 or more years of professional experience. Salesforce Admin experience preferred with the declarative features of Salesforce including workflows, process builder and lightning flows, field updates, email templates and alerts, page layouts, permissions, community setup, etc. Knowledgeable with Salesforce Service and Omni-Channel. Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems. Adept at creating Salesforce reports and dashboards in Einstein/Tableau Analytics Salesforce Development Experience (Apex) is a plus. Ability to work independently and across teams. Desire to work in a fast-paced team environment. Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills. Knowledge of Distribution Industry is highly desired. Experience with Salesforce AppExchange and partner software such as Data Loader, Workbench, DemandTools, FormAssembly, Jitterbit Experience using BI tools, performing data mining and data analysis is highly desired.
