I have extensive experience in building out flows which is likely what you're looking for if you're seeking data entry screens to update data across multiple objects for ease of use for the user. Flows is a functionality that allows automation and guided experience in one solution on Salesforce. Depending on the complexity of the requirement however I will have to reconsider exactly how long it would take. Based on information given on the excel sheet, this should be a very simple flow solution and shouldn't take me altogether anymore than a day.
