Wow! What an amazing story. It is so commendable that you have been able to work through such adversity. I think the disability of your right arm and use of the left would really resonate with people. Have you seen the film My Left Foot? Not totally the same but there is a struggle with disabling circumstances and a sense of humour retained throughout- amidst good drama.
I love your story and agree it would make an excellent screenplay. I;d love to turn this into a script for you and can promise you my dedication, professionalism and creativity. I am Irish and living in Dublin so there is a bit of a time difference between us, but if you let me know whiny ou are online we can discuss this.
In the meantime please check out my reviews here on Freelancer for endorsement of my work.
Thanks and best regards,

Hey... I am very interested in your screenplay. I am an accomplished writer with a degree in English Literature. I have sold many of my scripts and feel that my creativity and humor could bring a unique spin to your story. I will be honest, I placed a bid of $3000 but I would do it for a grand.
I hope you consider me for this project .
Thank you for your time.
Hey,
I am a film student at Ohio State. I've written a feature length script, and I've sold a few of my short screenplays to young directors. I could definitely help you transform your book into a movie.
I'd be more than happy to send you a few examples of my work.
Best of luck,
Chad
Dear Sir,
It was very inspiring to read your story. It would be a privilege to convert it into a screenplay. I am a professional screenwriter based in India. I have travelled to San Francisco quite a few times when I was working as a software developer. I have a valid US passport.
I watch lot of American movies, sitcoms to study screenwriting. I will spend time understanding your ethnic background, your neighbourhood, school and work area to get a the correct flavour of dialogues. I think your story will make a great Adam Sandler movie!
I am a very visual writer and take pleasure in creating visual scenes which will impact the audience.
We can setup a Skype meeting schedule where I will be online twice a week so that I can update you on the progress. If you need any references from my Indian friends staying in San Francisco, I will be able to provide you with the same!
