SEO/ Link Building - - Inbound Links for Music Download site

Required inbound links for our music download site from entertainment related industry. Link pages must be relevant/themed and need to be on pages whose PR is: • PR5 or higher (need at least 4 of them) • PR4 or higher (need at least 10 of them) • PR3 or higher (at least 16 of them) • Links must be in text, no graphics. You will place the links and provide a report (excel spreadsheet) with the following data: • Link page URL (in the form of a hyperlink) • Date link was accepted • PR of the link page 2/3+ • Anchor text used • Site IP address • Last cached date Other Requirement: • Links must be permanent, free, one-way, non-reciprocal, and static html links to our website • No black hat techniques allowed. No cloaking, banned sites, link farms, blog farms, scraped content sites, mirror sites, or sites overrun with contextual advertising and pop ups and no redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages. • Links must NOT be followed by (or close to) text like "sponsored" links, advertisers, links, ads or similar. • Must be manually submitted. No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others) • Links must be clean, spam-free and REAL. • No flash, framed, cloaked pages.. NO - rel="nofollow", [login to view URL] blockings, etc. • Links should contain the target key phrase as a text hyperlink (anchor). I will provide these phrases. • Each link should be on a unique domain name (not spread across sub-domains) and on different C-class IP address ranges • No more than 30 outbound links per page. • Link page must have less than 30 links on the page • There is no more than 17 outbound links on each web page where the link is placed • Links cannot be spread across sub-domains (one link per domain) • No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable. • Linked sites must be in production and active. (Developed and not under construction). • No freely hosted sites -geocities, tripod etc. • No sites banned by Google • Prefer high ranking sites verified by Alexa • Links from websites that already link to the target site will not be counted. • The page that the link is on must be PR3 or higher, not just the homepage • Do not get all the links at once, they must be spread out over every few days. The payment will be send through Paypal or by cheque, when the work is finished.
