Community Engagement and Local Business promotion website with Real Estate feature

I am looking to make a website that features the latest Community News and some local deals in a specific neighborhood. The news will be gathered from many sources on the internet and either gets posted automatically or I choose which ones to display. There should be a section that gets local deals from groupon. I also want local businesses to be able to offer coupons and deals on the site by being able to log in themselves. I will be interviewing some businesses and uploading articles with or without videos on the site. That will be in the interviews section. I want people to be able to share link on as many social media sites as possible. I also want a real estate section on the page that will have local listings in the neighborhood or any other area the customer wants to search in. I will sign up for IDX as needed. I want clients to have a Login so that they can save searches and subscribe to newsletters or updates. I want to be able to moderate and approve before it’s public. I want to have a section where I can list local events by scrubbing the internet and use many different sources like eventbrite, facebook events, etc. Another section I need is a blog which has all my posts categorized. I don’t know the categories yet. I would need each and every page to have my branding and contact info widget in a sidebar because I am a real estate agent and the reason I am making this website is to connect with the community and become an authority figure. I don’t want to approach people by saying I am an agent. I will have another website designed for everything related to real estate. I have some design and wordpress knowledge but not enough to make everything the way I want. I would like you to use wordpress so I can manage the site. I will eventually be creating landing pages, offering digital downloads and many other things like a local classifieds section. Maybe job postings, items for sale and so on... I will hire the same person again at their hourly rate. I need a small widget on the side that gives the reader one click options to do things like add their business to the online directory, or the option to be interviewed. Homeowners should be able to request a home value or market report. I may be all over the place right now but I know what I am looking for. I hope I can get it done here! Thanks!
