Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Personal Account Optimisation Specialist to help us increase our chances of landing a job on Upwork and Indeed. The ideal candidate will be experienced in using both platforms and have a proven track record of successfully optimising personal accounts to achieve greater visibility and increased job opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Conduct a thorough analysis of our Upwork and Indeed accounts to identify areas of improvement.
Implement effective strategies to optimise our account profile, including refining our skills, improving our work history, and crafting a compelling personal statement.
Optimise our job search preferences and alerts to ensure we are notified of relevant job openings.
Conduct research to identify potential clients and job opportunities and develop outreach strategies to connect with them.
Assist in developing and implementing effective bidding strategies to increase our chances of winning jobs.
Continuously monitor and adjust our account settings and strategies to achieve optimal results.
Requirements:
Proven experience in successfully optimising personal accounts on Upwork and Indeed.
Strong knowledge of the Upwork and Indeed platforms, including their search algorithms and ranking factors.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling personal statements and outreach messages.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas of improvement and develop effective strategies.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
