redo my amazon listings so that they can convert, change pics/descriptions/keywords

I have about 15 amazon listings. They are in the phone accessories niche, cell phone cases, tempered glass, bluetooth headset and qi charger.
I have just launched these products and they are not doing well. I need an expert with amazon to take a look at the listings and redo the descriptions, keywords and pictures. I can give you access to helium10 software so that you can use for keywords and see what other competitors are using to rank.
You will have to find pictures and then do photoshop on them to make the listings very catchy. I will not be giving access to my amazon account, just the ASIN and you can give me a file on everything that needs to be done and how to do it.
Please be able to prove your work before milestone is released.
