I need a system for multiple staff to record interactions between themselves and their clients. Preferably in Power apps and linked to SharePoint. The staff will log in to the system where they can create a new record or view previous recordings.
Each recording must have the client name and number, project (predefined list), date and time of interaction, type of contact, staff member name, social worker and notes about the interaction.
See the attached document for more information or give you an idea of what needs captured.
Must be able to create a CSV export of the recorded data based on the attached document.
