Hello, In my suggestion, it is better if you see the new apps as an Outlook VETO addin. So, it will be loaded together with your Outlook run. And it will process any incoming message automatically and do the attachment processing. For connecting to the sharepoint, I need to know it is Sharepoint online or Sharepoint Server? If Sharepoint online you could use Sharepoint CSOM library, but if Sharepoint Server you could use Sharepoint Web Service as well. Which one you prefer? Either one you prefer I expert on it.
