FINISH A SHOPIFY ECOMMERCE SITE

Hired a company off here to build my site but they underperformed and have now quit. The site is mostly built but needs help. The goal is to be able to:
1. Pick between a few box choices (only one choice now but we want to add more in the future
2. Once box is selected, it takes them to a page for notecard. Use Product Personalizer or other app to let people type message and see and proof it on line. This give me a pdf to print their card when they place the order.
3. Once they approve card, it takes them to a page to select 2 items to put in box. There are several choices but they must only be able to pick 2 of them.
4. Once 2 selected, they are taken to check out.
Who can help? Need quick work. The other company already took too long with false promises. I was supposed to launch my site last week.
