Need Shopify Developer to edit Shopify Theme

1. On my shopify store [login to view URL] there is a red cart button in the top right corner. On the desktop site, when I click on the button, it goes to the cart page. But on mobile, when I click on the button, it just opens the mini cart. I would like this changed so that it also goes to the cart page when I click on the button on mobile. When I add a product to the cart, it opens the mini cart on desktop and mobile. I still want that to be the same. I only want to change it so that it goes to the cart page when I click on the cart button in the top right corner on mobile. 2. I need 2 custom page templates created. They will be just like the product page template except remove the add to cart and buy now buttons and replace with 'customize' button. The second template will be the same except it will have a 'download design templates' button below the 'customize' button. Refer to image attached image custom-template-buttons.jpg. The 'customize' button should go to a link like: /a/design-studio?product={Shopify Product ID} The 'download design templates' button should download a file like: [login to view URL]{Shopify Product ID}.zip 3. Make it so that if an app proxy page is being viewed on a mobile device, that it is assigned a blank template with no header/footer. I think you will need to edit [login to view URL] for this.
