Shopify Product Page Edit - One Page

We are creating a new Shopify store and need a small section edited. We have a product that has 3 variations, and we need to edit the product page to accomplish the following:
1) Show variants as buttons, instead of as a dropdown menu
2) Change the thumbnails based on the variant (6 pictures per variant)
3) Ensure that the layout works on both desktop and mobile
This should be a relatively quick change, as we are not in need of a full store development, just the implementation of this layout for one of our products.
