Simple Shopify 'Hello World' App with Payment Handling

Looking for a developer to help create a skeleton 'hello world' shopify app with ability to process charges for the app using shopifys APIs and process the webhooks appropriately.

Library I can use to allow users to :

> Have free access

> Check user subscription level

> New subscription

> Upgrade subscription

> Downgrade subscription

> Cancel subscription

> Add additional recurring subscription with expire date (x or lifetime)

> Cancel additional recurring subscription

> Add additional one time payment

> Cancel additional one time payment

> View past payments

Speed and scaling is a priority. If you can use polaris and apollo that's a bonus.

I'm a PHP developer, but understand Shopify apps are built better in node. I would be interested to hear from developers who have existing apps on the shopify app store, to understand their experiences.
