Hi there, As I seen loop video. The issue is PDF is not genrate as expected. You are using zapier to connect between your shopify and google drive. PDF will be sent to GD. Solution of this issue is in shopify because zapier and GD are working as expected but shopify not genrating correct PDF. This is 10+ year experinced web developer I have some knowledge is shopify, wordpress,woocommerce,cakephp,codeignitor I will try to short out this issue within a day Ravi
