Manage VK page

Hello I need someone who has experience in Social Media Mangement "specifically VK website" to be admin for VK group. The group after hitting 1000 Users will provide prizes randomly for people who are members in the group. So it will be fun! Requirements/duties 1. To be Native Russian Speaker. ( Located in Russia or Ukraine is preferred but not required). 2. Suggest an interesting name for the group. 3. To be responsible on the group by increasing the the number of users. The group is still new with no users, so at the beginning you may need to invite your friends. 4. Submit new posts on daily basis-- 2 posts daily as minimum-- ( on different times of the day). Posts can be about many different topics: Romance, Life, Humor, jokes.... etc) 5. Find ways to increase the participants of the group. 6. Freelancers with Graphic design skills are preferred. ##Accepted freelancer will be paid Weekly $35 or $150 monthly. When you apply make sure to answer these questions 1) Why you think you are good candidate? 2) Do you have a vk account? How many friends do you have? 3) Do you have any skills/talents?
