Blender Software Engineer

Job Description:
I am looking for someone who can help me develop/add to existing Blender software. I am using Blender for dental to design and create 3D sports mouthguards. However, I am looking to make the process a lot more automated for when I import different data (i.e. different peoples teeth), where it can import and adjust a pre design mouthguard template that is then altered and adjusted to the the target model.
I have attached images of an example of the mouthguard design made to my teeth. Ideally would like to import other peoples teeth and then this design would adjust to the anatomy of the target model.
