We require a membership management software integrated with RFID cards. The basic fetaures should be: 1. Member onboarding, card allotment for each family member. Card will have expiry 2. Plans for availing different facilties at resort like run rides, games etc. Each of facility will have RFID reader to allow or deny access. 3. Billing facility for seperately chargeable(not by RFID) activities 4. Monthly AMC bill generation 5. Message to members on there birthday etc and ithe announcement 6. Relevant reports like top customers, returning customers, frequent visitors, popular activities, sales reports,tax reports etc 7. Email of daily reports and database backups Note that RFID will be implemented by a seperate hardware team. The software only has to expose some endpoint(http) with paramters which will be hit by RFID readers. This will run on a local server but should be felxible enough to be hosted on cloud.
