I am looking for a small set of residential plans and a small set of commercial plans. I would like these construction plans to be older, So there is some construction code discrepancies between the plans and the 2015 IRC and IBC. I need these for a course I am teaching and like to have the students review the plans and find code violations in the current IRC and IBC. I would like these to be in PDF, so I can distribute them electronically to the class. I would also like a separate file for each set of plans describing where the code violations may exist.
