Hi dear. I already have my thoughts how to design and make your program. SPC and PFX files are digital certificates. SPC files are public, though, while PFX files are private. This means that PFX files require a signature to open. Converting a public SPC to a private PFX is relatively simple, however. Most SPC files come bundled with a PVK (which contains the password). You need both files to create the PFX. I can make your program with professional quality by using dotNetbar and etc which are offered as additional dotNet frameworks.
