Create Bullhorn Custom Career Portal

We are an IT Staffing company which uses Bullhorn for tracking job applications. We are looking for a Developer who can create a custom Bullhorn Career Portal for us. Bullhorn provides a career portal ([login to view URL]). The default bullhorn career portal accepts various inputs from the user like the first name, last name, Phone, email and also the CV(resume) during the application process. Bullhorn provides documentation on how to access their REST API. Check the links below [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Existing Problem with the Career Portal The Bullhorn Career Portal does not check duplicates during the submission process, so it creates duplicate records. Also, the portal has limited fields and does not allow the user to add more fields (such as Visa Status etc.) in the application form. The custom career portal look and feel, and also the navigation flow should match the existing career portal provided by Bullhorn.([login to view URL]) The application should be an ASP.NET MVC web application project The application should use OAuth and communicate using REST principles with the bullhorn Backend (DEV credentials would be provided) Job Apply WorkFlow The application page should have the following Fields *Firstname *Lastname *Email *Phone *VisaStatus : dropdown : ["GC", "USC", "OPT-EAD", "GC-EAD", "H1B", "H4-EAD"] *Upload Resume (file upload function) Once the user clicks on the apply button. Make a REST call to check if the candidate exist (we can check the email address for this) IF Candidate EXIST { Make a REST call to check if the candidate previously applied for the job IF YES { Display a notification toaster saying that "You previously applied for the job" } IF NO { Create a new submission of type web response(Web Response is a type of Submission) for the candidate. Attach a resume file to the candidate. } } IF Candidate Does not EXIST { Make a REST call to create a new candidate in the bullhorn based on the application form details. (make sure to include VisaStatus) The application should make a REST call to parse the candidate resume, and fetch back the JSON back from the server.
