Customs Windows Game Launcher

I need someone to develop a a software that has full screen windows UI, and integrates with all major games launchers. The software will need to have the capability to import games from other libraries (steam, epic games, Uplay). It will also allow a user to add a custom games or application, and have the capability or scraping meta data /thumbnail and artwork from trusted game wiki sources. The software will allow users to make custom library’s to categorise their games.

The software must have a fluid with a modern interface and full compatibility with a Gamepad.
