Improve Matlab GUI for hotspot detection (OMRON d6t sensor is used )

In this project ,i had created all the feature which is serial port connection ,4x4 temperature array (all of them are static text which can change color according to temperature range) ,and the calculation panel for cell temperature (the calculated cell temperature is changing for all time because it take the ambient temperature from sensor .) .So i want to create an extra 4x4 box to change to red color if the any array temperature is higher than calculated temperature .
