Intelligent traffic control System.

The main objective of the project is to control the traffic signals depending upon the density of the traffic. > Consider a four road junction. > Take a picture of the empty road and use it is a reference image. > Take some random traffic images which are static and captured in 1 second interval. > Now use these images and compare it with the reference image and calculate the density of the traffic and control signals. > Like if one of the road has high matching percentage with reference image it has low traffic. > If the road has low matching it has high traffic. > High traffic road gets green signal first. > Low traffic will have red signal. > If the trafffic is normal every where then the signal runs with same regular time intervals. So we have to write a code which runs the traffic signal after the comparison with the images. Finally after the project. I need some documentation like > Report of the project > First draft of report > Final Draft of report > Slidesfor presentation.
