I need a Java expert to fix a problem with UTF-8 encoding issue. You can connect remmotly to my machine to solve the problem and I'll pay for the solution. This is my problem:
I have a REST web service running on Apache Tomcat 7 that recieve a request over http (post method) and the parameters of the request are transformed to JSON format. My problem is when I call the WS using special characters in a couple fields like ñ,ú,é,á, etc, the web service doesn't understand that chars and transform them in garbage chars even when I'm using a urlDecode("UTF-8") function. Everithing un my web service is working very well, except the translation of those special characters.
If you think can fix my problem, please quote me a fixed price rate to fix the issue. (I'm sure that any expert can fix it in a few minutes)
