I need C++ coder to compile existing sourcecode

I have sourcecode of project I wish to work with. Trouble is: I managed to compile some parts of it but encountered problems I can't solve myself. Basically tere is sourcecode of game / server. I have all the libs and required files. Just don't understand why it won't compile.
