Hi, I can help you with an API in relation to reading of data from the .csv file and importing in the database. Best approach is a serverless cloud functions which cost very less. Also, the content can be extracted from the mail wherein I need a sample mail format. You can use services lime AWS Textract or Microsoft form recognizer for it. Ping me for further discussion.
