I need you to build a Telegram Rounds bot for Instagram. The bot is an engagement bot. The bots primary features include: -Hosting 3 x sessions a day (I can change the times etc) -The bot will automatically post ‘Drop now!’ -the bot will collect names and then drop a list of all the people who participated in the particular drop. -everyone has one hour to comment and like everyone’s picture. The bot then automatically checks if anyone has not commented or liked. They will then get warned. 3 warns = a ban. - bot will automatically ban anyone that leeches 3 times. When you are banned you are muted and receive a notification in the chat that you have been banned and need to contact the admin to get unbanned. - bot will warn people that the drop will be happening in 1 hour, 30 mins and 10 mins. Bot will also warn people they have 30 mins / 10 mins to finish commenting. - people can type commands to the bot such as /help /list /nextdrop (next drop tells people how long until the next drop) - I can add people to the ‘VIPS’ this means they will be automatically added to all drops by the bot when the list is sent. - i can get the bot to send notifications to the chat such as announcements / ads etc
