Python Developer with raspberry

I have a people counter on my raspbery pi3, using Opencv and Python. The counter is ready, you do not have to create the counter. Raspberry needs to have a database running locally, preferably sqlite. I need to create some routines like: - When telling a person, I need to access the gps in raspberry and save this information in Sqlite. It will save the count, the direction of the passage, day, hour, photo and position of the GPS. This information will remain in Sqlite and will be sent every 5 minutes to an API via Json via 4G. You do not need to create the API. If the 4G signal is not available, it must be saved in the DB and sent when the connection returns. - Every 30 seconds, only the GPS position for the API will be sent to the vehicle to be tracked. - You will need to read an MPU9250 (accelerometer, magnetometer) to check if the vehicle has suffered a strong acceleration or abrupt braking. If these occurrences, these data must be recorded in the DB and sent along with the other information every 5 minutes. In short, we are creating a vehicle tracker, with specific functions that meet our need.
