i need a virtual traslator app that capture uploaded notes then translate into Tanzania Sign Language using an avatar(like Hugo by Handtalk app) which is developed by [login to view URL] Java script library. then we need the app to be able to translate the uploaded notes into sign language using an Avatar but also to display animations or pictures which express Science terminologies. for example an animation shows simple machine function. we want to train an avatar with Tanzania Sign language so it will be able to recognize voice input and text input. The aim is to use an avatar as a Virtual translator for classroom interaction with Deaf Students.
